Tema e Público-Alvo do Evento

O tema ou a mensagem que se pretende transmitir pelo evento deve ser estabelecido ou inspirado de forma a motivar o interesse e a participação do público-alvo. Entende-se como público-alvo de eventos as empresas e pessoas, principalmente as que atuam como consumidoras e decidem sobre produtos e serviços em áreas específicas e com características definidas (clientes atuais e potenciais, empresários, fornecedores, estudantes, etc.).
O tema deverá identificar-se com o perfil das pessoas e dos grupos que constituem o universo do evento planejado, ou seja, origem, nível cultural e social, poder aquisitivo, faixa etária, sexo, estado civil, nacionalidade, etc. Além disso, deverão ser considerados os fluxos turísticos de outras regiões e interesses que poderão ser criados ou estimulados por meio da promoção do evento.
Outro elemento importante é o título escolhido para o evento, que deve motivar a participação, constituindo-se no principal agente de divulgação da imagem do evento. Devem ser evitados títulos, denominações ou temas que possam gerar interpretações inadeqauadas ou que não traduzam com fidelidade e clareza as características do evento ou não se identifiquem com o público-alvo.
Habitualmente, nos eventos realizados periodicamente, os títulos originais são preservados por já terem sido incorporados à tradição.

I just discovered SatelliteTV on my PC! Ultra cheap at only $50 once off to get the software and an account on the Internet. I get more channels(in HD I might ad) than I get on cable so tomorrow I reckon I’m going to cancel my cable subscription. Thought I’d share this with you guys, worth to check out.
